Making UX Work, London – Better UX Event
In October 2017, I as a UX designer, joined the Head of Customer Experience and Head of User Experience at Atom bank to speak at Userzoom's better UX event, Making UX Work, in London.
With the event taking place 18 months after launching the bank, we spoke about our journey to date and the voice of the customer program that the Atom team implemented to ensure customer centricity in everything we do and ensure that we make what matters most to customers better, together.
Userzoom, continues to play a part in that program. Since becoming customers of the platform, I spent time implementing a user testing program at Atom. This involved establishing key metrics to gauge performance of our customer journeys and building up a customer panel that we could test with, this been an integral step in the overall process.
